Please ensure that your shipping details are correct — we cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses.

3. Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping to most regions, and free shipping within the EU, UK, US and Japan. Delivery times vary depending on your location and production schedules. Estimated shipping times are displayed at checkout. Please note that customs duties or import taxes may apply outside the EU or US; these are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Returns & Refunds
Each item is made to order. For this reason, we currently accept returns only in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Once approved, a replacement or refund will be arranged according to our discretion. We do not currently accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color, or change of mind.
